Webb is an immigrant from Haiti who has now lived most of his life here in the US. He completed his undergraduate degree in biomedical sciences at Salem State University and his goal as a future physician-scientist is to care for patients with neurodegenerative diseases while continuing research to combat the ailments directly affecting his future patient population.

Jillian is interested in neurobiology and the role of glia in disease. At UMass, she hopes to better understand the pathology of neurological diseases with the goal of developing therapeutics and identifying areas for intervention.
